He must be running low on comments to re-use as "blog posts". Today's plop entry was a link to a ValueWalk entry from March 25 of this year.

Check out this little nugget of stupidity:

Shiller predicted to the Federal Reserve in October 1996 that investors buying stocks at the insanely high prices that applied at the time would live to regret doing so within 10 years. He was off by two years. The crash came in September 2008.

Looks like Rob forgot about that little tech bubble that was forming at the time, the one that eventually burst less than 4 years after Shiller's comment.
